Bella Ve’ is located in Anacortes, Washington. Owner and Certified Technician, Mary Tacia became interested in the art of permanent makeup after having several enhancements done herself. This application is a comfortable process that is performed with a manual hand held implement. Mary specializes in facial procedures for cosmetic and color enhancement to; eyebrows, eyeliner, full lip and lip liner.
In addition to makeup application Mary’s had great success with a process called Intradermabrasion; a technique for skin and scar remodeling. Intradermabrasion stimulates new tissue growth for production of collagen and elastin in scars, wrinkles and stretch marks. Bella Ve’ adheres to the highest sanitation, sterilization and safety standards. All products and supplies used for procedures are sterile and 100% disposal.
